Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for Elliston LLC
Full time in Peachtree Corners, GA

Job duties:

The development, maintenance, and supervision of applied behavior analysis (ABA) treatment programming for children with autism spectrum disorder; Ensure the overall management of parents and staff members assigned to their case; Conduct intake assessments and reassessments; Develop and update behavior intervention plans and treatment plans; Deliver notes, treatment plans accurately and on-time, according to established procedures; Modify clinical protocols based on client progress and effectively teach technicians all client protocols; Deliver ABA interventions including direct therapy with children, caregiver training, consultations, and trainings; Coordinate with the child’s team, family and other providers to ensure consistency in treatment; Supervise therapists, including initial onboarding clinical training, treatment implementation fidelity monitoring, clinical competency evaluation, ongoing clinical training, ABA field ethics adherence, and disciplinary actions; Conduct therapist clinical performance evaluations, including clinical skills goal setting and performance oversight between regular clinical evaluations; Enforce company values by supporting clinical peers and the leadership team in staff engagement, overall organizational clinical improvement, and company growth in providing comprehensive services; Model high levels of professional behavior by prioritizing quality of care, demonstrating excellent judgment, and delivering a unified front around direction, communication and values.

Job requirements:

Master in ABA, Psychology or related, and minimum 1 year experience as a BCBA or related position conducting assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans for children with autism. BCBA certification required.
